Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Front End Engineer to join our Brand Web team, bridging design and development to build and maintain the company’s web properties. You’ll contribute to interactive marketing pages, data visualizations, and internal tooling, collaborating with designers, engineers, and content teams to translate design intent into polished, production-ready code.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks (Next.js/React) and design systems.
• Proficient CSS for complex layouts and interactions.
• Hands-on with headless CMS content workflows.
• Experience building internal tools and workflows.
• Able to prototype quickly from idea to working proof-of-concept.
• Excellent collaboration with designers and engineers.
• Growth mindset toward owning larger projects.
• Desirable: AI-assisted development workflows.
• Desirable: Generative/programmatic design interest.
• Desirable: Localization/internationalization familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Support Brand Web team's intersection of design and development.
• Contribute to shipping high-quality web experiences across anthropic.com and claude.com.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and brand/content teams to translate design intent into production-ready code.
• Own implementation of design system components and page templates.
• Work within headless CMS architecture and content modeling.
• Collaborate with designers to bridge static design and interactive experiences.
• Contribute to internal tools for content authoring and publishing at scale.
• Participate in migrations and site-architecture projects.
• Move quickly from concept to working prototype with team collaboration.
• Support tooling and workflow improvements and contribute to documentation.
