You will build modern client-facing applications and BFF APIs, contribute across the stack in AWS, and collaborate with engineers and product partners to modernize software that supports healthcare outcomes.

This role emphasizes code quality, testing, and mentorship as you help drive the evolution of our solutions in Brookfield, WI and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and improve software and other technical solutions.
• Develop modern front-end applications and BFF APIs and service integrations.
• Redesign monolithic legacy products in AWS.
• Mentor team members on software engineering best practices.
• Focus on overall product quality.
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
• Self-manage workload and meet sprint goals.
• Participate in code reviews to promote quality.
