AFFIRM is seeking a Software Engineer II for the Marketing & Privacy Engineering (MPE) group. You will build high-traffic web experiences and contribute to experiments, measurement, and marketing integrations using React, TypeScript, and a modern web stack.

You will collaborate with product, design, analytics, and data engineering to ship reliable experiences while upholding privacy requirements. Remote-friendly with strong growth opportunities through ownership of scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping web apps with declarative UI frameworks (React or Vue).
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Ability to translate simple problems into multi‑component solutions and write clean, tested, extensible code.

Responsibilities

• Break down large projects into tasks and deliver in phases.
• Collaborate with product, design and analytics to balance risks and trade-offs.
• Monitor and support team artifacts; participate in on-call rotations.
