Job summary

Supio is launching a Compliance Platform team to protect sensitive customer data. You will own the surface end to end — a lightweight, purposeful UI for reporting, BAA and contract management, data opt-in/opt-out, data residency, and access management used by engineers, CSMs, DevOps, executives, and privacy office.

You will design and build the UI, authentication flows, and transform dense audit data into actionable reports, collaborating with the founding backend engineer to shape APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience building production web applications.
• Experience building internal tools, admin surfaces, or data-heavy dashboards that people rely on daily.
• Strong instincts for permission-gated UX — roles, access states, and what each audience should and should not see.
• Care for clarity: you make complex data legible without dumbing it down.
• Comfort on a small, fast-moving team with real deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the compliance platform's UI from scratch: reporting dashboards, BAA and contract management, opt-in/opt-out and data residency management.
• Build authentication and authorization flows so the right people — and only the right people — see sensitive reports and records.
• Turn dense audit and access data into reporting that executives and our privacy office can act on.
• Work directly with the founding backend engineer to shape the platform's APIs.
• Ship a lightweight v1 quickly, then iterate with internal users across engineering, customer success, and DevOps.
