Job summary

Supio is launching a Compliance Platform team to protect sensitive customer data. You will own the surface end to end — a lightweight, purposeful UI for reporting, BAA and contract management, data opt-in/opt-out, data residency, and access management used by engineers, CSMs, DevOps, executives, and privacy office.

You will design and build the UI, authentication flows, and transform dense audit data into actionable reports, collaborating with the founding backend engineer to shape APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience building production web applications.
• Experience building internal tools, admin surfaces, or data-heavy dashboards that people rely on daily.
• Strong instincts for permission-gated UX — roles, access states, and what each audience should and should not see.
• Care for clarity: you make complex data legible without dumbing it down.
• Comfort on a small, fast-moving team with real deadlines.

About the role

Supio is standing up a new Compliance Platform team to protect the most sensitive data our customers entrust to us. The platform does its heaviest lifting behind the scenes, but it needs a clear, trustworthy face: the interface where compliance is actually managed. You will own that surface end to end — a lightweight, purposeful UI for reporting, BAA and contract management, data opt-in/opt-out, data residency, and access management — used by engineers, CSMs, DevOps, executives, and our privacy office. Small team, founding seat, real stakes.

Compensation

As an early-stage startup, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits. Equity grants are designed to ensure employees share in the long-term success and upside of the company.

Base Salary by Location

• Seattle, WA: $170,000 – $243,000 annually
• San Francisco, CA: $200,000 - $255,000 annually

Actual compensation may vary outside of these ranges based on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
