Job summary

Supio is building a new Compliance Platform team to protect sensitive data for customers. You will own the surface end to end, delivering a lightweight UI for reporting, contract management, data residency, and access management used by engineers, CSMs, DevOps, and privacy offices.

The role emphasizes building dashboards and data-heavy tools with clear permission controls in a fast-moving startup environment with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience building production web applications.
• Experience building internal tools, admin surfaces, or data-heavy dashboards used daily.
• Strong instincts for permission-gated UX across roles and access levels.
• Ability to present complex data clearly without oversimplification.
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team with real deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the compliance platform UI from scratch.
• Create dashboards, BAA and contract management interfaces.
• Implement authentication and authorization flows for restricted data.
• Turn audit and access data into actionable reporting for executives.
• Collaborate with the founding backend engineer to shape the platform APIs.
• Ship a lightweight v1 quickly and iterate with internal users across teams.
