Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking an experienced frontend engineer to own the architecture, development, and scaling of high-performance web interfaces used by millions. Expect to work with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and a modern component-driven approach to deliver accessible, fast UIs.

You will collaborate across teams to optimize performance, implement robust state management, and mentor peers while contributing to GraphQL/REST API contracts and comprehensive testing.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 and React ecosystems.
• Solid experience with Redux Toolkit and Zustand for state management.
• Understanding of web performance optimization, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Bonus: React Native, WebSockets, or backend Node.js services.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, accessible, and performant UIs using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Design scalable state management and reusable component libraries for product teams.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define GraphQL and REST API contracts.
• Optimize client-side performance and Core Web Vitals across apps.
• Write unit and integration tests with Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior frontend engineers.
