As a Frontend Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Software Development Department supporting innovative projects and initiatives. Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Pay Range: 52-54/hr

What's the Job?

• Own the end-to-end frontend experience from concept and design through implementation and delivery.
• Translate ideas sketched on whiteboards or in design tools like Figma into polished, executive-ready applications.
• Create intuitive user experiences and visual designs where needed, building modern, responsive web applications using Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations to surface operational, usage, and cost insights.
• Integrate AI capabilities such as LLMs, AI agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to develop intelligent, user-centric workflows.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React and Node.js.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and responsive web design principles.
• Strong understanding of UX and interaction design principles, including accessibility and frontend performance best practices.
• Experience with building dashboards, data visualization, and executive reporting applications.
• Familiarity with integrating AI technologies, including LLMs and AI-assisted user experiences.
