What You’ll Do:

As a Frontend Developer on our team, you'll be instrumental in helping to build a dynamic, intuitive student engagement hub designed to drive interaction, boost enrollment, and maximize retention through a seamless and compelling user experience.

• Developing engaging, student-facing webpages with a mobile-first approach
• Partnering with AI coding tools to accelerate development, generate code suggestions, and optimize frontend performance
• Ensuring technical feasibility and practical implementation of UI/UX designs
• Optimizing webpages for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability
• Troubleshooting, building, and maintaining highly reusable, modular code libraries to accelerate future projects

This Role is Right for You if Have:

• Proven experience as a front-end developer building dynamic, scalable webpages
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS
• Deep understanding of the full web development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment)
• Comfort working alongside AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to write, review, and refine code efficiently
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect, accurate, and reusable code
• Familiarity with Git version control workflows
• Knowledge of responsive, mobile-first, and accessibility development principles
