Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a store associate to keep the front floor stocked, greet customers, and help locate merchandise. You may also serve as a stock puller for installer areas in larger stores. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include stocking, price checks, display updates, and sanitation of the sales floor. Clock in/out per policy and collaborate with management, ISS, and delivery specialists to ensure efficient operations and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Previous stocking experience preferred.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Spanish language skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and put up stock.
• Keep merchandise on the display floor fronted, full, and clean daily.
• Make display changes according to planograms and company guidelines.
• Update all out-front price signs and ensure sale materials are in place and then removed when the sale ends.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and returns, and support store security on the floor.
