Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a store associate to keep the front floor stocked and welcoming for customers. You will greet customers on the sales floor, assist with locating merchandise, and help maintain clean displays in alignment with planograms.

Responsibilities include stocking, price changes, and supporting installer deliveries. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and the role may involve security duties and data entry at the hub store.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with numbers and maintain accurate records.
• Candidates should have strong organization and attention to detail.
• Experience stocking shelves or stock handling is preferred.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities with Spanish are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help locate merchandise or direct to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise according to planograms.
• Keep display floor fronted, full, and clean daily.
• Make display changes and update sale pricing as needed.
• Assist with store security and shrink prevention.
• Coordinate with ISS and delivery teams for parts routing and hub pulls.
• Maintain back room and installer counter areas in an orderly fashion.
