Job summary

Miami Members Hospitality LLC is seeking a Front Server to support SEIA by assisting the Captain in delivering a polished dining experience. You will focus on table maintenance, service flow, and anticipatory support while building menu knowledge.

In this role you will help with food and beverage delivery, table resets, guest questions, and maintaining cleanliness. You will work with the FOH team, participate in training, and uphold SEIA standards and hospitality language at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in a server or guest-facing hospitality role.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment.
• Clear communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Captain to deliver seamless dining experiences.
• Assist with food and beverage delivery, table resets, and pacing.
• Develop knowledge of menus to describe dishes and ingredients.
• Communicate guest needs and table status to the team.
• Uphold service standards and assist with opening/closing procedures.
