Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers in Georgia is seeking a Parts Counter Sales representative to deliver friendly, efficient service at the front counter and over the phone.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of parts sales or related experience, automotive industry exposure is preferred, and proficiency in MS Office. You will help customers, process sales, and upsell parts while handling calls and in-person service.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in parts counter sales or equivalent sales/industry experience.
• Automotive Industry experience preferred.
• MS Office and computer literacy.
• Team-player attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize between in-person customers and phone calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the parts counter or over the phone.
• Process sales transactions professionally and efficiently.
• Upsell companion parts and promotions.
• Make outbound sales calls to targeted accounts.
• Prepare parts orders from stock and ensure accuracy.

As a Parts Counter Sales representative, you are a valued member of our team, performing:

• Exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter or over the phone.
• Sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Upselling companion part requirements and specials.
• Outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts.
• Parts preparation, including order filling from stock

Ideal Candidates Posses:

• One year of experience in parts counter sales, and/or equivalent combination of sales and industry experience
• Automotive Industry experience preferred
• MS Office and computer literacy
• Team-player attitude at all times!
