A global consulting firm is seeking a Trading Application Support Analyst to provide real-time support to Equities traders in a fast-paced trading environment. The ideal candidate requires 5+ years of experience on an Equities trading floor with a strong understanding of trading workflows and compliance. The position offers an annual salary range of $90,000 to $140,000, alongside a robust benefits package, including a 401(k) retirement plan and health insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting mission-critical applications on an Equities trading floor.
• Strong understanding of high-touch trading workflows, FIX protocol, and OMS/EMS.
• Proven experience handling regulatory and compliance requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, real-time support to Equities traders.
• Monitor trading systems and ensure system stability.
• Troubleshoot real-time trading incidents.

Skills

Experience supporting mission-critical applications on an Equities trading floor

Strong understanding of trading workflows and FIX protocol

Proven experience with regulatory and compliance requests

Working knowledge of Linux, SQL, JIRA, and Excel

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated with ability to work in a high-pressure environment

Experience with scripting and automation
