Job summary

Experis/Manpower Group is seeking an IT Business Analyst for a Charlotte, NC hybrid role supporting a leading financial services organization. The BA will partner with traders, sales and operations to analyze complex front-office requirements, translate them into Jira epics and user stories, and drive delivery within an Agile framework.

The ideal candidate has Capital Markets BA experience, strong stakeholder management, and solid communication and analytical skills to optimize pricing,

Qualifications

Capital Markets BA experience in Front Office environments.
Knowledge of FICC products (IFR swaps, FX, fixed income) is preferred.
Ability to translate business needs into Jira epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document complex business requirements for derivatives, rates, FX, and fixed income.
Collaborate with traders, sales, operations, and tech to elicit and translate needs into epics and stories.
Drive delivery within an Agile framework ensuring alignment with trading and operational objectives.
Work with pricing/valuation platforms and trade lifecycle processes to optimize front-office workflows.
Bridge business and technology communication to enable project execution and continuous improvement.
