You will supervise Front Desk and support teams, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out, accurate billing, and outstanding customer service while collaborating with the General Manager on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Hotel industry experience is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Comfort with computer-based registrations, reservations, and backups.
