Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, contacting customers, and scheduling meetings. Additionally, train and supervise lower-level clerical staff. The ideal candidate will have a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to manage daily office activities efficiently and resolve situations promptly.
5-7 years of executive support experience, proficient in MS Office Suite, with a College or Bachelor's Degree required.
