Job summary

Hampton Inn South Plainfield is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join our team. Our 107-room property off I-287/I-95 offers a friendly, service-driven environment and a commitment to hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities include overseeing guest services and front desk operations, coordinating staff, handling reservations and check-in/check-out via the property management system, and ensuring timely responses to guest requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or guest services.
• Hilton brand experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with hotel PMS, Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest services and front office operations; ensure superior service.
• Foster a positive, cooperative work environment between front desk staff and management.
• Supervise front office team; assist in planning, directing, and problem resolution.
• Handle check-in/check-out procedures via the Property Management System.
• Take reservations and update/cancel in the system as requested by guests.
• Assist in handling cash and card transactions and safeguarding property.
