Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Two to five years in hospitality or related field is preferred.
• Pre-employment screening and gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front desk and night audit operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and revenue optimization.
• Lead, train, schedule and evaluate Front Desk Representatives; ensure grooming and uniform standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Reservations to maximize occupancy and ADR.
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions and billing accuracy.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally; communicate effectively with staff.
• Maintain staffing levels and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
