Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines is searching for a Front Office Supervisor to join the team.

The coastal retreat with breathtaking views is situated along the beautiful Torrey Pines Golf Course overlooking the sunny shores of La Jolla. The property boasts almost 40,000 square feet of event space, 2 food and beverage offerings, and 394 guest rooms.

Position Details:

  • Classification: Full Time
  • Shifts: Full Availability, must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Hourly Rate: $22.25

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience
  • At least two years of experience in a hotel front desk role
  • Proficiency in On-Q
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Assign work and supervise team members in all Front Office procedures including guest check-in/out, lobby traffic, luggage assistance, telephone services, and room rate determination.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest requests and complaints.
  • Schedule, assign daily work, lead pre-shift meetings, inform, and train team members.
  • Monitor, observe, and evaluate team member performance.
  • Adjust staffing based on lobby traffic.
