Bellperson (Part-Time) - Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines

Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines is seeking a Part-Time Bell Attendant to join our team. Our coastal retreat offers breathtaking views along the beautiful Torrey Pines Golf Course overlooking La Jolla's sunny shores. The property features nearly 40,000 square feet of event space, two food and beverage outlets, and 394 guest rooms.

• Classification: Part-Time
• Shifts: Start between 10 am to 2 pm; 8-hour shifts; weekends and holidays required
• Hourly Rate: $17.25

What will I be doing?

As a Bellperson, you will transfer and store luggage and respond to guest requests to ensure outstanding guest service and contribute to financial profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and escorting guests to and from their rooms
• Retrieving and transporting guest luggage
• Inspecting guest rooms and familiarizing guests with their features
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
• Organizing and storing luggage according to guidelines
• Providing feedback from guests and departments to management
• Delivering messages and faxes throughout the day
• Assisting with room moves and special luggage deliveries
• Driving property-designated vehicles for guest transportation
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring its functionality
