Job summary

Graduate Providence, located in Providence, RI, is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead Guest Services and Concierge operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and revenue optimization during stays.

The role requires overseeing daily front desk activities, training staff, and maintaining Highgate SOPs while collaborating with Accounting and other departments to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in Windows, Excel and Word handling to support Front Office operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guests’ requests and resolve issues at the Front Desk with courtesy and efficiency.
• Lead and coach Guest Services staff; follow Highgate SOPs.
• Prepare staff interviews and scheduling; ensure payroll accuracy and productivity.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy through daily rate reviews and forecasting.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Credit Manager to maintain service standards.
