CMC Hotels is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the Front Desk team and deliver outstanding guest service at our Cary, NC property. This hands-on role involves scheduling, training, and ensuring brand standards are met across daily operations.

You will supervise front desk activities, coach staff, and handle guest concerns to drive satisfaction scores while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in cash handling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of hotel Front Desk or Front Office experience required.
• Strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and provide direction to Front Desk associates.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong work ethic with a desire to grow within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by providing friendly, professional, and efficient service to every guest.
• Work scheduled Front Desk shifts and assist with daily Front Office coverage based on business needs.
• Provide efficient and accurate guest check-in and check-out service.
