Job summary

True North Hotel Group Inc. is seeking a Laundry Attendant for Hyatt Place in Marlborough, MA. You will maintain and operate laundry equipment, ensure a steady supply of clean linen and towels, and support a welcoming hotel environment.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and follow stain removal procedures to keep linens in pristine condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stopping.
• Must be able to stand, sit and/or walk for an extended period of time.
• Experience in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate all laundry equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain ample supply of clean linen and towels.
• Load and unload washers and dryers according to load volume standards.
• Inspect for and treat all stains with stain removal procedures.
