Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate front desk, switchboard, medical records, and managed care staff.
• Oversee patient registration, check-in, scheduling, and customer service standards.
• Ensure confidentiality, HIPAA, and operational policies compliance.
• Support patient flow and coordinate with clinic leadership to resolve concerns.
• Manage daily administrative operations including mail, supplies, equipment, and reporting.
• Assist with quality improvement audits and performance reporting.
