Job summary

Generation Hospitality Group seeks a Front Office Supervisor for an on-site role at the Hyatt House Sacramento. You will supervise and train front office staff, ensure seamless guest experiences, and coordinate with other departments to maintain service standards.

You will manage shifts, monitor performance, and prepare reports while acting as Manager on Duty. Prior hotel supervisory experience and fluency in English are required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/management experience required.
• Experience in a hotel environment highly desired.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and hotel operating systems.
