Front OfficeSupervisorOverview:
Our hotel is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to primarily supervise the front desk team and ensure smooth operations to generate excellent guest interaction and satisfaction scores. Responds to guests by providing professional and timely information and services. You will ensure that hotel charges are processed accurately to the guest’s accounts, invoices and bills are verified.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
Always ensure excellent customer service.
Supervise daily shifts process ensuring all team members adhere to the standard operating procedures.
Training of employees to resolve issues or problems in a professional and accurate manner.
Allocate rooms of expected arrivals after checking guest preference.
Working the desk to ensure professional and friendly check ins and check outs.
Act as a link between guests and hotel management.
Implement procedures to improve service to attract new customers.
Job Requirements:
