Job summary

Edith Bowen Laboratory School at Utah State University is seeking an Office Assistant Substitute to work in the main office. This is an as needed position with availability between 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday during the EBLS school year.

You will answer phones, greet visitors, assist students, check in/out visitors, and perform other duties as assigned in a fast-paced school setting. This role supports school operations and student services with reliability and professionalism.

Overview

Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.
