We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and experienced Front Office Specialist for our busy multi-office Endodontic practice. The ideal candidate would work at a primary office but may be asked to rotate on occasion to our other locations. Our offices are located in Fort Worth, Burleson, Mansfield, North Fort Worth (Alliance area), and Colleyville.

What You Will Do
- Greeting patients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Opening and closing the office
- Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the appointment calendar
- Using PBS and other software
- Receiving, posting, and verifying insurance checks
- Managing patient records, including updating personal and insurance information
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, ordering office supplies, and managing correspondence
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for patients from check-in to check-out
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Electronic mail
- Basic mathematical skills
- Reading and writing comprehension
- Presentation skills when presenting treatment plans and diagnoses to patients
- Phone skills when talking with patients and/or referring doctors/staff
- Must understand traditional insurances
- Must have basic knowledge of dental procedures, especially pertaining to endodontics
- Bi-lingual and RDA a plus!
- Must be willing to be cross-trained and be a team player
- Professional appearance and attire will be expected at all times
- OSHA and HIPAA standards are important to our practice
