Benefits are subject to applicable eligibility requirements and plan terms. PTO, sick time, and retirement benefits are available following the 90‑day introductory period.
You remember people and details. You connect names, faces, and previous conversations, helping patients feel known. You also document important information so the whole team can provide consistent care.
You follow through without repeated reminders. You return calls, complete tasks, and keep outstanding requests moving until they’re resolved.
You notice when something doesn’t add up. An incomplete profile, missing intake form, or discrepancy between the schedule and a patient’s financial information gets your attention—and you take action.
You know how to prioritize. You can manage an arriving patient, a ringing phone, and an outstanding task while recognizing what needs attention first.
You communicate with warmth and confidence. You’re comfortable discussing payments, explaining policies, and addressing concerns clearly and respectfully.
You take ownership and welcome feedback. You ask thoughtful questions, communicate problems early, and apply what you learn.
