The Westin Monache in Mammoth Lakes, CA is seeking a front desk associate to greet, register, and assign rooms while coordinating lodge staff to meet guest requests.

The role involves handling reservations, serving as the lodge telephone operator, and answering inquiries about hotel services. Strong guest-relations skills and basic computer proficiency are required.

• High school graduate with general business office training or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Minimum of one year experience in public or guest relations service.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests.
• Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Hourly Pay Rate

$21.00 to $22.50
