Kids Dental Brands is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our Arcadia pediatric dental team. This on-site role focuses on greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and maintaining accurate patient records in a welcoming, kid-friendly environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of dental or healthcare reception experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping families.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at check-in and manage appointment scheduling.

• Register new patients and maintain accurate records.
