This position is suitable for someone wanting long-term casual employment and is available for 2-3 days including weekends and Public Holidays on a rotating roster, with hours between 7 am - 3 pm or 8 am - 4 pm.
4-5 days during school holidays including weekends and Public Holidays.
This position is suitable for any candidate with previous experience in the accommodation and holiday industry or a student with a Hospitality and Tourism background.
The candidate will have previous experience in all aspects of front office or tourism-related studies.
The candidate will have excellent computer skills. Any previous experience with reservation software will be highly regarded.
The candidate will be responsible for being the first point of contact when our guests arrive at the Resort, assisting with check-in/out procedures, keeping a record of occupied and unoccupied rooms, making and confirming reservation bookings, and responding to telephone enquiries in a friendly manner to meet the needs of the guests.
