Job summary

ENT Specialty Partners in Gaithersburg is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to ensure a smooth, professional patient experience. You will greet patients, verify insurance, process payments, and coordinate scheduling while supporting daily operations and revenue cycle tasks.

In this role you will train new front office staff, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with providers and administrative teams. Occasional recruitment support may be required to build a strong front desk team.

Qualifications

Our dynamic team prioritizes people and fosters a collaborative community of healthcare professionals delivering exceptional employee and patient care.About the Role:The Front Office Coordinator helps ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional front desk experience for patients. This role includes training new staff, troubleshooting front office issues, managing point-of-service collections, and supporting daily operations. The Front Office Coordinator also addresses patient complaints and concerns, resolving or escalating them as appropriate.
