OHM is seeking a Front Office Operations Manager for the Doubletree Aurora, CO location. The role oversees the front desk, breakfast and F&B teams, ensuring service excellence and efficient operations. You will lead staff, maintain brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate or Bachelor’s in hospitality or business with 2 years supervisory experience. Evening/weekend shifts may be required; strong leadership and communication skills are

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, management, or business.
• Two-year supervisory experience or equivalent level of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and supervise shifts.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, sales, and engineering to meet service standards.
• Develop short-term and long-term plans for front desk and ensure revenue objectives.
• Manage budget, payroll, and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead team development, training, and performance evaluations.
