Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of consulting, program management, strategic communications, or related advisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, draft, and deliver clear written communications, presentations, talking points, and briefings for client leadership.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, workshops, and large-scale events, including logistics and on-site tech support.
• Support front office functions such as scheduling, task management, and leadership readouts.
• Maintain and refine operational processes to enhance team efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
• Draft and review documentation with high-quality formatting and compliance.
