Starting rate: $18.50, plus 20% commission on upsells and a pay-for-performance plan.

Role & Responsibilities: The primary focus will be as a Host at the Front Desk, with participation in all Front Office areas, including Guest Services and the Grand Club. Training will be provided. Responsibilities include guest account settlements, luggage assistance, hotel service communication, local attraction information, and answering guest calls.

Qualifications

• A desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel preferred.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Customer service experience required.
