Job summary

Guasti SPV LLC is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for our Ontario, CA property. The role requires 3 years of front desk experience, with at least 1 year in supervision, and a high school diploma or higher. Evening shift availability is required to manage daily operations.

The supervisor will lead front desk teams, coordinate reservations and guest services, and ensure lobby areas meet brand standards while acting as MOD as scheduled by the General Manager.

Qualifications

• 3 years hotel front office experience with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
• High School diploma or higher-level education.
• Evening shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all front office personnel and ensure proper completion of all front office duties.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas.
• Ensure the proper appearance of the lobby and all public areas, including the complimentary breakfast area.
• Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when scheduled by the General Manager.
