Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Hotel Front Office Manager in Mount Pleasant, SC to oversee all front desk and guest services operations. You will manage staff, handle inquiries, reservations, and collaborate with housekeeping to maintain efficient hotel operations.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, proven front office experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with hotel management software (PMS experience highly preferred).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel front office operations or guest services.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems (PMS experience highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the front desk team to provide excellent customer service.
• Set performance goals for front desk staff and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Ensure a welcoming and professional demeanor at the front desk.
• Greet guests, handle check-in/check-out and assist with special requests.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Manage room reservations and coordinate with housekeeping for timely room prep.
• Oversee front desk operations, including payments, guest information accuracy and inquiries.
• Prepare regular reports on front desk activities, occupancy and guest feedback.
