Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include training in the front office, managing the front office staff, scheduling appointments, managing the day-to-day appointments, answering phones, and maintaining office equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written customer service skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
Maintain calendar of appointments
Collaborate with the Office Manager and Practice Administrator to create, update, and maintain office procedures
Maintain office equipment in good working order with the assistance of the IT department
Schedule translator appointments
Motivate and encourage front office staff to maintain a high level of customer service
Ability to adapt to change
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position with customer service preferred
Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
Skilled in Microsoft Office and Excel
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
