Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area.
• Maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily.
• Assist bartenders by securing requisitioned liquor, beer and wine.
• Keep bar area clean and stocked with clean glasses.
• Be the master of the bar by understanding operation details.
• Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Manage stock, Garnishes, juices, and perishables daily to ensure quality.
