Job summary

RxServation Hospitality Solutions seeks a Rental Events Operations Manager in Dublin, CA to lead the logistics and execution of rental events within the Special Events team. You will coordinate cross-functional operations, ensure client needs are translated into actionable plans, and uphold museum policies during events.

You will supervise on-call events staff and work with the Rentals Sales Manager to protect profitable margins while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for rental event clients after contract signing, communicating the client’s needs and expectations to the museum’s operational departments, and enforcing museum policies with the client.
• Exercise independent judgement by making all necessary operational decisions for rental events, particularly during non-museum hours.
• Collaborate with the Rental Events Sales Manager and the Assistant Director of Rental Events to maintain profitable budget margins.
