FRONT OFFICE MANAGER



The Brewhouse Inn & Suites in Milwaukee is looking for a full time Front Office Manager who is committed to providing first class customer service and who enjoys being part of a collaborative team. If you want to have fun, be valued, and make a difference, apply today!

As the Front Office Manager on our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include:


  • Responsibility for hiring, scheduling, directing, mentoring, and supervising Guest Services/Front Desk team members.

  • Maintain daily paperwork/deposits, direct bill, tax exempt, and other operational binders.

  • Check-in and check-out and make reservations for guests. Assist front desk as needed.

  • Personalize guest service and improve guest loyalty. Consistently focus on developing new ways to improve the guest experience.

  • Oversee the resolution of hotel guest concerns.

  • Work cohesively with Housekeeping, Restaurant, Maintenance and Sales.

  • Create, distribute, and maintain BEO files using SalesPro and PMS system. Charges out client's BEO's.

  • Load group block in Property Management System and release unused group rooms on cut-off date.

  • Performs other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the General Manager.




This position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in hospitality, business, or marketing preferred.

  • Four plus years hotel front office or rooms division experience.

  • Guest satisfaction focused, service-centered, positive team attitude. Outstanding leadership and leads by example.

  • Service arts training, ServSafe certification, train the trainer experience, and reservations sales experience preferred.

  • Experience using hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.
