In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the front office staff; schedule, plan, develop, and communicate departmental strategies and goals. You will be responsible for scheduling and conducting routine inspections of the front office and public areas to ensure these areas reflect a welcoming environment for our guests. Additionally, you will assist in managing hotel revenue generation and maximization through full use of company systems, processes, and standards. Serve as the manager on duty as required by hotel leadership. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements include basic reading, writing, and math skills. May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. This job requires the ability to perform the following: regularly talk, hear, and interact with guests; frequently stand and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; occasionally walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms; frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and stand for long periods.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One to two years of related experience and/or training.
