Here is what you will be doing each day:

The Front Office Manager oversees the Front Office Hotel Operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with Corporate/Franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. You will manage the Front Office Team to include training, coaching and provide support. Communication with all departments is key to ensure customer satisfaction. You will resolve customer complaints, anticipate potential issues by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues, business flow, and associates' performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality of service.

Does this sound like you?

You have a passion for our industry set high expectations for customer service. You have at least 2 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a Hotel, excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, you are excellent at resolving challenges, and dedicated to providing excellent service to our guests. Marriott brand experience is a plus.
