Do you enjoy leading a team of 'Memory Makers'? Are you a leader who creates a culture of fun and service?

We are seeking a dynamic, motivational, passionate, and fun individual to lead our Front Office Team and ensure the best service experience for our guests.

The Front Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Guest Services Department, ensuring guest service standards are consistently applied, and all hotel and department policies are followed. Most importantly, you will create an environment where your team can excel.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and employee relation skills, with the ability to mentor, train, and develop staff.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
  • Experience with hotel property management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking, and be goal- and results-oriented.
  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to relate to guests' concerns and work well in groups.

Strong interpersonal and employee relation skills are essential, with the ability to mentor, train, and motivate staff.

Ability to handle multi-tasking and be goal- and results-oriented.

Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
