Job description

Front Office Manager

Salary: $65,000

Location: Chicago, IL

Our client is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead and enhance their guest services team.This role requires a dynamic individual with extensive experience in front office operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.The hotel is a 4 Diamand location right in Chicagos beautiful city.

The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes while fostering a welcoming and efficient environment for both guests and staff.Overall, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage staff scheduling, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.Additionally, this role will involve analyzing guest feedback and implementing improvements to continually elevate the quality of service provided, while selling and promoting all amenities and outlets of hotel.

Key Requirements:

  • 5 years in front office operations within the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth understanding of front office procedures, including reservations, check-in/out, and guest services
  • Capability to analyze guest feedback and implement service improvements
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and enhancing the guest experience
