Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, motivational, passionate, and fun individual to lead our Front Office Team. Your role will ensure smooth guest flow and deliver exceptional service throughout their stay.

The Front Office Manager will oversee daily operations of the front desk, PBX, and bell staff, ensuring consistent guest service standards and adherence to hotel policies and procedures.



Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to relate to guest concerns and work well in teams.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor, train, and develop staff. Motivational skills are essential.

Proficiency in computers, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

Ability to multi-task and be goal- and results-oriented.

Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.



Compensation Range

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
