Twenty Four Seven Hotels is seeking a Front Office Leader for our Courtyard Palm Desert property. The role oversees Front Office, F&B, and Housekeeping operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth daily activity in Palm Desert, CA.

Qualifications

• Front Office hotel supervisory experience is required.
• Must be highly motivated with initiative and drive.
• Exceptional guest service skills are required.
• Must possess strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication and presentations skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Front Office, F&B and Housekeeping operations.
• Maintain guest confidence through prompt, courteous communication with guests and associates.
• Deliver highest quality of service to guests at all times.
• Complete department scheduling.
• Assist in managing P&L by controlling costs and achieving CPOR budgets.
• Participate in property MOD program as needed.
• Train department in duties and empowerment for top performance.
• Support hotel sales efforts and generate revenue opportunities.
