Job summary

Tempo by Hilton Hotel Tucson Uptown in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office, Front Desk, Guest Services, and Night Audit. You will guide a team of 10–15 Team Members, uphold Hilton brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction in a newly opening property.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, operations expertise, and a passion for developing future hospitality leaders.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Minimum of three years of Front Office supervisory or management experience.
• New hotel opening experience preferred.
• Hilton experience strongly preferred; knowledge of Hilton systems (OnQ) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Front Office operations, including Front Desk, Guest Services, and Night Audit functions.
• Lead a team of 10–15 Team Members and ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining brand standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Front Office staff; foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure proper check-in/check-out and billing procedures; monitor arrivals, VIPs, group business, and special requests.
• Conduct daily shift briefings and department meetings; assist with coverage as needed.
• Support hotel opening activities and develop departmental operating procedures and service standards.
